• Booking fees are transferable if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, and if the appointment is rescheduled within 24 hours of cancellation.

• Only one reschedule is allowed per appointment.

• There are absolutely NO REFUNDS on services rendered.

• As a courtesy, you will receive a reservation confirmation before your appointment.

• For single services, a 24-hour advance notice is required to cancel or reschedule. For multiple treatments lasting more than 2 hours, a 48-hour advance notice is required.

• Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule may result in charges up to the full-service value.

• All no-show reservations will be charged the total value of the services.

• Your appointment is important to us and is reserved especially for you! When you miss an appointment, arrive late, or cancel last minute, it impacts our business and other clients who could have scheduled for the same slot.

• Please provide 24-hour notice for rescheduling or canceling single appointments, and 48 hours for multiple services.

** For appointments lasting 30 minutes or less, a $25.00 fee will be charged for same-day cancellations, no calls, or no-shows. The credit card on file will be charged accordingly.

** Appointments ranging from 30 to 75 minutes will incur a $50.00 fee for same-day cancellations, no calls, or no-shows. The credit card on file will be charged accordingly.

** Appointments exceeding 75 minutes will be subject to a $75.00 fee for same-day cancellations, no calls, or no-shows.

** Spa packages or multiple services booked together will be charged 50% of the total service cost for cancellations on the day of the appointment or for no calls and no-shows. The credit card on file will be charged accordingly.
