Cancellation Policy

Total Relaxation by Rachel Booking & Cancellation Policy

At Total Relaxation by Rachel, we understand that things can come up, but your appointment is reserved especially for you, and last-minute changes or missed appointments can affect our business and other clients. To ensure fairness, we kindly ask for your cooperation with our policies.

    Non-Refundable Deposits:

  • A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment and reschedule within 24 hours of cancellation.

  • Rescheduling: Only one reschedule is allowed per appointment.

  • No Refunds: There are no refunds for services already rendered.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Single Services: A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

  • Multiple Services (over 2 hours): A 48-hour notice is required.

  • Insufficient Notice: If you fail to give proper notice, you may be charged up to the full value of the service.

  • No-Shows: No-show reservations will be charged the total service value.

Late Arrivals:

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late without notifying the spa, your appointment will be considered canceled, and cancellation fees will apply.

Cancellation Fees:

  • 30 minutes or less: $25 fee for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

  • 30 to 75 minutes: $50 fee for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

  • 75 + minutes: $75 fee for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

  • Spa Packages or Multiple Services: 50% of the total cost for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

For future bookings, deposits will be required. We thank you for understanding and helping us provide excellent service to all clients.
