OUR MISSION
Founded from a personal journey of loss, healing, and resilience, Total Relaxation LLC was created to provide wellness without reliance on medication. After discovering the benefits of massage for chronic migraines, I pursued training in massage therapy and esthetics. Opening during the COVID-19 pandemic, my spa was built to support skin health, pain relief, and relaxation—especially for mature adults. Our mission is to help clients care for their bodies, love their skin, and prioritize whole-body wellness.
